Our Focus
EMB Machining Services Inc. is a manufacturer of precision, high tolerance products with a core focus on 3D mold manufacturing and prototyping using CNC technology. With 75 collective years experience in the machining industry, our expertise includes working with a variety of materials including composites and metals such as, aluminum, low carbon alloys, tool steels, and stainless steels. We also have extensive experience with nickel alloys, plastics, and copper/bronze alloys.
We embrace the most recent machining and inspection technologies and stand ready to meet all of our customers’ needs and requirements. Our continuous improvements and technological advancements in every aspect of our business help us achieve lower lead times with unmatched quality, while remaining cost effective.
In addition to our expertise in 3D mold manufacturing and prototyping, some of our other in-house capabilities and services include multi axis CNC precision machining, fabrication, metal pressing/bending, assembly, engineering, welding, and CMM inspection services. Every project is extensively monitored, goes through a final complete inspection and post review. We grow as a team-based company from each new experience we bring through our doors.

We employ an experienced team of skilled Journeyman Machinists and CNC operators. They provide the foundation for our quality precision machining capabilities, such as manufacturing an array of prototype components, as well as high precision components for industries such as oil & gas, electrical, locomotive, medical, and lighting. Our unique expertise enables us to work with a wide range of dimensional requirements to meet all of your needs. We can solve your most complex challenges, with a very quick turnaround.
EMB Machining Services is dedicated not only to serving our customers, but also educating our workforce through Apprenticeship Programs and training centers in Western Pennsylvania.
